House or Apartment

I live in an apartment and I like it okay, but I would prefer to have a house! Having a yard to yourself would be great for my kids! But you are right the maintanence taking care of any problems is wonderful, you don't have to worry about having extra money in case somethingbreaks and needs to be fixed.

My husband and I have lived in a townhouse apartment since we were married in 2003. We've been building our house since then also, but various money problems along the way have made that a very slow process. We hope to be in our house next year though. Our apartment building is owned by my father-in-law and he keeps them in very good condition so I don't mind living here, but we just really want to be in our house.

We have our own house also and love it. We have large gardens for the kids to play in and our nearest neighbours are five minutes away. I wouldnt have it any other way. It is so peacefull and quite.:)

I use to go on the house, because you own it you can do any thing you want for, your time is also free, no need to worry in the payment, and your are the boss in your house.

i used to live in an independent house, now i m in an apartment. i prefer an independent house, there r more rooms like you said. more freedom in independent house.
