what do you do to stop jealousy?

Ive been paranoid for a while since I was engaged. I became this jealous freak. What should I do, it feels like Im always thinking that my fiance is doing something. And it feels like shes not helping by telling me she wants to go on vacations on her own with her friends, or how the way she brings herself has changed by trying to always look good even just going to work.

I would say try and do somethings with her. Like a nice dinner or even a movie in your house. Do not mention that you are jealous of her doing these things, that might make her mad or upset. Unless you guys are open to talking things out then you really should. But spending time with her might put your mind at ease.

but its hard to spend time with her at times because she works a lot. She works 12 hours shifts...
