Help! I just bought 3 large bags of large white cap mushrooms from the store. They were such a great buy and I love mushrooms that I couldn't help myself. Now I need lots of ideas on what to do with them. We had mushroom omlettes for breakfast this morning. Now what? How long will they last in the fridge? Please send ideas. Thanks.

Love mushrooms! How about stuffed mushrooms? Also, I like to sautee my mushrooms with onions and garlic and place them on steaks or chicken. Mushroom rice is good also. Good luck!
