I wouldn't call it a dinner party, but more of a fight night party, where I used my lovely husband's recipe and made some delicious jalapeno poppers. I stuffed the jalapenos with cream cheese, a sprinkle of seasoning salt, wrapped bacon around the jalapeno and cooked them in the oven. They were an absolute hit!

Oh uhm usually at parties I prefer buying cooked dishes except for Christmas and New year. I cook Spaghetti, Leche Flan, Chicken,Salad, Hotdogs and that kind of stuff. I don't cook too many elegant foods. I can cook lots of Filipino dish though and I think sme of them are suprising to the one who'll be tasting it.

I am an expert with pasta so when I throw parties, expect pasta as one of the highlights in the food table. But I also can cook a lot of other dishes. I love to cook so I delight my guests with an array of various dishes that I myself prepare. I make sure that all the dishes are worth every bite.

It is hard to cook especially if preparing for a big dinner party. I don't really prepare easy to cook food but the best food as much as possible to delight all my guests. Now if you want me to give the easiest surprising dish then to me the easiest to prepare is crunchy and spicy fried chicken. Other than that all my recipes are not as simple.
