Is CIRCUMCISION really IMPORTANT for MEN..?

Most men (if not all) especially in my country Philippines are circumcised (big deal if uncircumcised)..While on other countries uncircumcised men are just normal..
They say, men should really be circumcised..It shows how manly they are (according to others)
Regardless of culture and tradition:
As a man, do you think circumcision is important..?and Why..?
As a woman, do you think, man should be circumcised..?and Why..?

I think all men should be circumcised at birth, but I also respect the mothers who refuse to circumcise their sons & I also don't look down on the men who are un-circumcised.
I just feel its healthier & that has been proven.
But that is my opinion & like I said, either way, I respect their choice.

I wont argue because this discussion will go on & on. I said what I said & I believe that to be fact from what people in the medical field have said. But not everyone will agree.
It's not all about hygiene. Of course everyone needs to keep their hygiene up, but still the fact is, even with good hygiene an un-circumcised male can still have more problems then a circumcised male. And yes, that has been proven.

No, men should not be circumcised, unless if the foreskin actually serves an immediate problem, such as making the male uncomfortable. I see no reason why they should be circumcised. I also think it's strange that female circumcision is seen as barbaric but male circumcision isn't seen the same way.
