Hello, nice topic indeed!
Firstly, I would like to give answer to your last question. No task is difficult if we think deeply about it and every task is difficult and nearly impossible if this question comes to your mind before starting your task. So, this is not a difficult task.
I am very happy to see that some one is really thinking about his/her city and want to improve it. Before trying to indulge other people in this program just look at yourself and ask yourself do you really want to make your city green and clean or just doing to get fame. Please dont take it otherwise. Ask yourself that till now are you really contributing to make your city city green and clean. Have you done anything personally in this regard. Are you not doing anything which is against your motive. If you think positively at all the above factors congratulations you are really doing good to your city and are perfectly eligible to start such programs.
To start with it, first try to let some of your very close ones(who really hear you keenly) know about your program and your motive. Then try to start spreading awareness at your nearby places with the help of some one or two people. Then try to spread it at a bigger level. I can assure you more and more people will join your cause.
Happy myLotting.

Firstly, according to me you should spread this knowledge in your neighbours whom you know very well because it is the human tendency that people will not listen to you untill you are a little bit big group of people. So try to tell your neighbours first and plead them to involve with you.

It's very difficult because not many people will help with you. It's hard to convince people; many will ignore you. What you can do is tell your friends and family, people who are close to you, and make it so that at least somebody is doing the right thing. Hopefully, it will spread. You'll just tell your friends and they'll tell their friends and they will tell their friends and so on. If there are enough people recycling and living greener, it'll start to have some effect.

Of course it will work. But this is a long process. When you tell your views to someone he will carry your thoughts to his friend after some delay & so on, & it is also not in a connection cycle that means you can't reach to your friends's friends's friends & so on very easily & you can't work in a systematic way.We have to make some groups that will work for their individual cities & can make contacts with other city's green clubs. It will work. Atleast I think so.

This must work; I'm sure there was something I read somewhere about how the friend of the friend of your friend can reach every person in the world. Imagine, that you can reach you're friend's uncle's son's wife's father. That's a lot of people. Hopefully, there will be enough people to listen to you and there will be an effect, no matter how small.

Making a difference is a very hard thing to do. It is quite impossible to change the world with only one or two people. The best you can do is recycle and be green around your home and your environmental area, and soon it will hopefully follow around like a mexican wave. That's the best you can do. It's sad that not everyone even participates in earth hour.

Hello dear but I am very sorry to say that I dont like your statement "It is quite impossible to change the world with one or two people". If we think this we would never be able to do anything in our life because everything starts with a single person. You will think any thing good and would dump that in a ash tray just because you are single and nobody more is there to think on it.
Mind it you have to spread your thoughts among other people then only others can know.
