Dangers of Aspartame

I have heard that aspartame might causes cancer,but I don't care,as long as I don't get fat from aspartame.

I try hard not to buy things with aspartame...even changed the gum that I chew...pain in the butt really, nothing seems to be good for you these days...lol

Yes all artifical sweetners are harmful to body.
