Horror Movies in the Dark

For those that like horror movies, do you ever watch them in the dark late at night? I've never done this myself since I get scared quite easily. Everytime I watch some zombie movie, I get paranoid when I turn corners around my backyard and stuff.
How about you? DO you enjoy your horror movies alone in the dark?

I prefer to watch all movies, or television for that matter, in the dark.
I think it is easier to view the screen. And definitely it is way more fun to watch horror movies in the dark and with other people. I like to watch them with my husband while we sit on the couch together.
I used to not be able to watch scary movies at all but the older I get I enjoy them more and more. I like zombie movies, monster movies, or ghost movies, stuff like that.

I find it quite difficult to watch movies in the dark because it hurts my eyes. I prefer zombie movies over any other type of horror movie and I also like when there is a mystery/crime to solve.

I love scary movies, and i am not afraid to watch them alone in the dark. some of mmy favorites are japanese horror films, they are great! I haven't seen jeepers creepers though. I am more a fan of psychological horror movies then I am of gory movies.
