In general, with an unverified paypal,you can do everything that you are able to do with a verified one with only difference and that is the limit....You can not transfer more than $500 at a time with an unverified pp... But in particular, many sites and many places do work with only verified Paypal accounts... In other words, the use of PP differs according to the the sites that will pay you as well

Unverified Paypal still usable. Only limited. You can still accept payment, or infact transfer the balance. Purchasing however lil bit hassle. Not all website accept unverified paypal. yah i you can still receive money online even it is not verified, my paypal isnt verified too, i still have to open a bank account, its ok, the money there safely. i can purchase or go shopping online and use paypal for payment even if its not verified.
