Have you had problem with higher authority in your workplace

nagging boss is always a problem for me when you are sincere and do the work in time again and again reminding you to do the job is my problem what to do?

I worked in one place for a long time, and worked with a lot of bosses, but I hated working for lady bosses even though I am a woman myself, they always seemed to be over bearing and sometimes cruel, I had many fights with the treatment some of these women gave new young staff, because I had worked there longer than most of the bosses the young ones used to come to me and I would go to the union for them as I wasn't afraid of them because I couldn't be sacked unlike the young ones...funny I never had problems with the male bosses they never seemed to be so vindictive...
