wanted yaya....a good yaya!

i'm in need now of a good yaya for my babies....i really mean a good yaya, because its hard to deal with hard headed nanny in the house..building good relationship with your household helper is easy if only the yaya are cooperative and initiative too. not just giving you problems here and there...had you come accross with hard headed yaya or helper in your house?

Why do you call them yaya's? Just curious sounds cool, and funny. Is that a cultural thing or...?

yaya means nanny..they are the one who take care of the children when the parents are out.
