Why some people accept task and never bother about it?

Hi friends, I did create a task which was simple, Click four ads and get paid. Many accepted the task and signed up but never bothered to click any ads and submitted the task. I returned their submission and asked them to check all the steps they have to complete before submission. It was clearly mentioned in the task that the submission will be rejected if they submit without completing all the steps. But they never bothered to resubmit and all tasks were in the pending list. I waited till the end of the month. But still they didn't try to resubmit. So I had to reject all those tasks. But I felt bad for rejecting tasks. Actually I lost money by creating tasks as I paid more than what I got. As I offered $0.05 and I would get $0.02 for four clicks they do. Well, but I got experienced in task creation. Next time I hope to do well and want to come up with some good tasks. Happy mylotting!
