Scariest Nightmare... haunting you even awake

I had this dream a while ago where I am sleeping 5 times deep. I know it doesn't make sense. IN my dream I saw my mom sleeping in the bed, thought weird thing is she is in the ceiling. (by the way my mom is already dead since july 8, 2007) SO I called out to my mom asking her why she is up there. She woke up and waked (still on the ceiling) and she ignored me. I keep asking and calling her as to where she is heading since she is about to reach the door and since she is inverted the nob was near me. I saw her pass through the door.. SO I told myself she is a ghost already right? I went out of the bedroom and looked for my sister they are also on the ceiling. They are all talking about me reminising things...as if I am dead. Everyone is on the ceiling except me and this kid I dont know who but is standing beside me... SHe told me to say goodbye to my family. SO I tried to wake up but my eyes wont open though I can see some of the stuffs in my bedroom. I know I am already awake, I tried to stand up and I saw that this time I am the one int he ceiling and all my things are on the floor. I tried to wake myself up and still I am dreaming cause this girl beside me wont disappear.. I woke up almost 5x before I was able to reach the real world. I tried to use my cellphone to text my husband because even though I am already awake my skin hair are all standing up. but to my shock the phone letters are inverted as well. I though am I still sleeping. I tried to wake up again spanking myself. I saw the phone in my hand and their is a new message from my husband a reply to the message I sent when the phone letters where inverted. I am really scared. up to now it is still freaking me out.
