You are going? That's so cool. I've always been a big fan of World Cup but I don't have the chance to travel and watch live yet. Perhaps someday. I think it will still be held and as always, there will be a sound plan..

England has a strong foothold in World Cup competitions. I'm guessing they might get into the semi-finals or so.. Hopefully your dream comes true, yeah..

Yes. i have the plan to go. My husband is a super fan of football and his family has a strong relationship with africa. so we consider to go to watch the game as well as to visit some places. by the way if England team is not qualified for the game maybe we will not go. thanks for response and happy mylotting.

I think world cup will take place on time in South Africa. Because it is the festival of football fans all over the world, even though South Africa seems not capability to finish the construcions now FIFA won't make us be disappointed.

I honestly can't understand why South Africa was chosen to host the world cup. First of all its not a football nation (mainly rugby and cricket) and second of all it has like one of the worst history of violence in any country (I grew up there so I know what I'm talking about).. I would have preferred it to be hosted by Egypt or Morocco. Violence is like a way of life there and people don't know how to leave in peace which is why I emigrated to here in the UK as I had enough of it..

thanks for your reply. I think they chose South Africa mainly to get a kind of balance. they want to promote football game in Africa. So South Africa became one choice. I heard at least South Africa is a wealthy country and more westerlized. So maybe it's the reason.
