Our Main food here in India is Rice, wheat and Ragi. In different states the dishes will prepare in different way. There is no identical food or dishes. Most of the Soth Indian states will consume more rice and most of the North Indian states will consume more wheat. Some parts of the country use coconut oil, some parts of the country Ground Nut oil, Some people sunflower Oil and some will use mustard oil.
Some section of people in our country are vegetarians. In some states fish consumption is very high and in some places people will not eat fish . In India there is different dishes in differnet states . What type of foods you will eat ? Is there a uniform dishes through out the country ?

Dishes are the same some other region but some twist on like like sinigang, adobo and nilaga. We can't eat without rice it is our staple food. We have many dishes that we got from the influences of Spaniards, Chinese and American. Now a days they creating recipe that have some twist in our cuisines. Try to visit our country someday so you would experience our food. Filipino cuisines are similar to our neighboring Asian countries but the difference is we prefer to have a one dish meal. In different parts of the Philippines we have different dishes that we are known for.

Here in our country, our main food is Rice. Almost all the cities and provinces here eat rice. I live in the city, but what I have noticed is that the differences is with the viands "ulam" in our native dialect. Some provinces have their own specialties, ingredients, flavorings that might not be readily available for consumption in the cities. So in that way we tend to be different from.

I am from the beautiful country, Philippines. We got lots of palatable dishes here. A lot of Filipinos are really good in cooking. Our staple food is rice and we can't live without it. In every meal, there should be rice. Our country is of course composed of different provinces and yes, each province has their own special dish. Here in our place, we pride of our Ilocano dishes. Lots of people from different places love the food especially the home goodies which Ilocano loves to do. Other provinces has also their own specialty.
Why not try visit our country and experience the delicious food which can only be found here. Not only that, you will also find hospitable loving people.
Happy Mylotting!
