Do you fill out surveys from your service providers? ^_^

We all do have service providers, right?
For our phone, internet, cable TV, and a lot more.
Then one day, we check our email, and find that one of our
service providers emailed us with a survey
about how we find their service, would we recommend it to our friends,
are we satisfied, what can we suggest, etc. etc.
So, do you usually fill out those surveys and email them back
to your service provider, or just ignore the email?
Great lots,
calyxus

It depends on how i am feeling at the time i recieve the survey invitation. I like to give feedback to the companies i do business with, as i feel it is a good way for the to judge how well they rate with their customers. Many times though i will start to take the survey, and they haven't made it very user friendly or fun to do in anyway, leaving it drab, boring and reading like stereo instructions. If i find one of those i just quit halfway through and don't finish it. And well, i have to admit, sometimes i am just too lazy or don't feel like it at the time.
Though if they are offering some type of perk or benefit, (such as a few dollars off my next bill, or an extra service for a limited amout of time) i will most certainly take the time to fill it out.

I fill out those surveys via e-mail from time to time, if I have something to say to them (if their service is extra good or bad). But if they call me directly and I have spare time, I always answer their questions, because I used to work for survey company and understand, how uneasy this work is. This costs nothing for me, but is good for them =)
