I have worked for 1 year.But I want to change my job,The company is the deputy of "PARADOX",which in China.I don't konw this alarm brand is good or bad which in europe and the US or the Canada.But,in China is not very good.And my company has the proxy of this brand.And also we are the only one in China.Well,somebady know that China is a country which the copy technology is so good.So the fake goods of "PARADOX" is so rampant.And this goods have given a big impact of us.We have no way to banned them.The bad products have made ours maket became mess.Because the quality of the copy products is so bad,So if we want to recommended this brand the guest will say that "Thia products have a bad quality and we have used it before,In addition the stability of your products is not good,so we will never buy this products".This is the distinction of "Made in China" and "Made in Canada".So as a salerman of this company,I have a bad performance.And because of this,I have a low salary,just more than 2000 Renminbi.And this salary cannot be survivaed in Shanghai.This is the main reasons of to switch.But for the first time,I want to konw what should I to do,now?And which is the best way I leave this company?If some of you have the experience of switch,please tell me.Thank you!My friend!
