I'm currently watching TV and there's a live telecast of Cory Aquino's funeral and her body is about to transfer at the Manila Cathedral. At this moment, her body lies at the Ayala Monument.. Rest In Peace President Cory..

Not corrupt you spake? Look up the case of the Mendiola Bridge Massacre and of her land reform programs. Now.. the former president, today is finally put to rest. The question is... who's paying for all these expenses and whose money is it? Just asking... "Today is not about what is right or wrong but of what is practical..." - Franz Fanon

Corazon Aquino is a Cojuangco.. and the Cojuangcos is one of the richest clan here in the Philippines.. The biggest company here is owned by one of them. Danding.. so finance is not a question nor a problem with them..

and that's the source of the problem. Danding used to be a Marcos cohort who got away clean from Cory's total revamp on the Agrarian Reform. And if you were keen enough to have watched the interview of one of the alleged killers of Ninoy in channel 2. A mystery just sprouted. Who is the mastermind behind the slaying? What he said creeped me out: "Kamag-anak, sir. Iyon lang ang masasabi ko po..."

Yesterday's event was evident that there is still Cory magic. It reminds me of how it was back then in 1983 when Senator Aquino was laid to rest. I myself witnessed it. It only shows that good people are not forgotten by Filipinos. She was revered by a lot of Filipinos worthy of a real President, a President who is not corrupt.

I went home for lunch today. And when I came home, I already hear the voices of the news reporter from our TV. So while having lunch, I also watch the coverage of the transfer of Tita Cory from La Salle to Manila Cathedral. People are everywhere in Makati streets. It looks like People Power 1, the first ever Edsa Revolution. I wanted to share some images from the scene but images captured from TV is not that good. I hope you can share some photos for other members to see.

Yes, I watched a while ago the long throng of people. It was amazing, I cried when people chanted "cory, cory". It was great, having seen people paid tribute to a great woman and icon of democracy. She will forever be missed.
