No. Not yet. Our attendance is just put on an Excel Spreadsheet, then sent every Friday, as I am still working in a newly opened branch of the company. It's confirmed by the human resource management in the main branch, with the time we logged in to our Skype account and company website.

The last job that I worked at, we had cards that we pushed a button on a machine and then slid the card through the machine to clock in and clock out. My current job, we're just signing in on a piece of paper right now. In a few days, we're supposed to have a computer that we manually enter a pin number into that registers when we come and leave from work.

Hey there! We have to punch in/punch out everyday. We don't have any sophisticated systems yet but we're hoping to get an ID system with microchips or bar codes sometime in the near future. For now though, we manually input the time we get in and leave the office.

I don't have a time card nor do we have any time recording device because I am the only employee in our office. When I used to work at a government agency, we used time cards to punch in and out our time/attendance. Nowadays, I am amazed to see that the advancement of technology has brought about new devices like biometric scanners for fingerprint scanning or retinal scanning. There are also others who use magnetic ID cards. These devices not only discourage cheating but also makes payroll preparation quicker.

Hi There. In my previous company i used to punch intime and outtime for my attendance. But currently the company where i work i need to put intime manually in the Register it's too bad. But one gain here is i always put intime as i required since no one looks what a guy is putting in. Happy mylotting. bye. Take Care.

hi, skbh
i am wondering why there is no fingerprint scan in our company,
coz sometimes we leave our card at home, if we have fingerprint scan, then no worry about this, coz we are always taking our fingers with us,lol
thanks for your response.
happy mylotting!
