I listen to some classical pieces by Chopin or Beethoven. I find it calming. And to fully recover, I play the Flying Petals. It really soothes me, these classical music. I love Ryu's pieces too.

yeah, that's a good idea. I used to do that too, when I find the perfect place. But I haven't done that lately, there's no such place here in the city that spells R-E-L-A-X-A-T-I-O-N, and I really miss the moments when I would find patterns in the clouds. Instead, I would go out to the roof at night, and watch the stars. They're one of my most favorite things in life. It really calms me down whenever I see thousands of stars twinkling in the pitch black sky. I hate it when the night sky is red though, it doesn't look relaxing at all.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your every response.
Except songs, actually I also go out for a walk or lay down on the grass to take deep breath, enjoy watching the clouds roll and extend, and keep telling myself it is ok.
sometimes, it really soothes me.

When I am depressed I try to find out the cause of the depression.I find that lack of energy can lead to depression. Sleeping or resting seems to work in warding off depression.
