The last good educational book ,I read was the "Mood Cure" it helped me a lot to control my emotions, learn about others feeling as well.I read everything from cook books to self help,if you would like more ,I will look through my collection and tell you what is worth the read.But the Mood Cure is one of the most insightful books into myself ,I have ever read. Worth a look!

Hello rayne,
This is the question for everyone...why people says life is so unfair when they experienced sorrows and failures.???
But whe they feels happy and gained achievements...never complain that life is unfair...have u ever heared people says
" whoaaa...life is so unfair...i always win in this game...life is unfair,i am always happy,life is unfair,i am very rich "...no nobody ever says that.
So,let's be contented with what we have,maybe God has some purpose why HE let us failed sometimes,and why HE gave us some sorrows.

Many times I feel that life is unfair for me. I don't have a good health and my life now is difficult. Sometimes I asked God why He gave me so many trials in life that I can't manage to solve all of them. Why other people have a good life than me. Right now I begin to accept my situation little by little because I can't do anything about it and I don't know why other people are not sympathetic. I know that failure and bad luck is part of our life that sometimes it is unbearable and we don't want it to happened to us. I know that we are the one who are making our life that we had but for me I hate my life. My illness is not my fault it is other's negligence that I'm the one who suffered.

I believe that life has to be unfair. Anyone needing life to be fair would be constantly disappointed. Life is great but it is never fair.

Well I think for most people life is totally unfair. Then again, for some other people I think that life is too fair for them. Some people take everything for granted and that is quite wrong. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Yes, Life is unfair and the only way to deal with it is acceptance. Once we accept that life is really not fair, we will in turn get over the disappointments and sorrows in life more easily. You will also get to appreciate the happiness you experience because you already accepted that things will not always be like that. Have a more positive outlook in life because if we learn to see the good things in the bad things, life will not seem to be so unfair anymore. :)
