What is the most number of BR marks you have gotten in a single day?

Hi, there I'm not quite sure but I think I once got 2 BRs in a day some time ago. Lately I am getting more frequently like 1 yesterday and another one today. I like it when I'm given that and it shows that in a way you may have helped that person if that was the case, especially when I write a long reply or do some research that takes my time. Listen I think it would be good for you if you start also replying to other's discussions, in that way you will also get more responses and a chance for more BRs. Some of your friends may like it that you reply to their discussions and as there are some who will not reply to yours if you never take part in their. Don't take me wrong, it's just a suggestion. I joined here a week ago. But I got only two till now. Actually BR for me is the wish of the person who has benifited from the discussion he has started. And its a sort of thing to find it difficult from a large number of responses i think. Though I didn't get many respones like that. I was amazed when I was given the best response for two of my responses. I am glsd. Till now one for a day and two for a week. Ha ha Cheers,.. Have a great day

In contrast to you, i am more on responding and commenting than starting discussion. It seems that i have no topic to think of to discuss because i see that many discussion sometimes are the same or almost the same. Sometimes in one day i got two and that is my highest in a day, in other days i haven't received any. I keep on responding and commenting and not really thinking of the best responses i may received.

You know, I am not sure since I have received so many of them, but I do think it was 3 or so. I am alwasy happy to get BR though, as it makes me happy to realize that my response matters, and it has made a differenc to the one that started the discussion. Giving BR is a good thing I think as the users realize that there response in some way haleped the user get their questions answered. I do tr to help anyone that I can and if I have an answer for them and I suppose that is why I have a lot of BR. I am happy for every0ne of them, as I never really expected to get anyone of them at all. I just wish we could give more than one BR, as I have had so many that have had several good responses. For me, I enjoy reading your discussion although I did started 3 discussions but I'm not so good at it :P I think I'd better do what I think I'm good at rather than waisting other MyLotters time on reading my discussions which does not have or have no value to any one :) I might do more of starting discussion but for now, I'll do just responding to them. Well for me it is in the other way around, I usually responds to others discussion, and make some comments on others discussion, I seldom start my own discussions. I haven't got any best responses, until now I got my first best response just today and it is from phillip_shiny . And I want to thank him for that .

perhaps 1 or 2 BRs a day was the most i got since i don't get to actively participate in mylot discussions these days. during my active days back then, i probably got 10 BRs in a week. but then of course, between work and all, i could not stay active with mylot whenever i did travel. however, i did manage around 18 pages of BRs. sadly, the mylotter who gave me my first BR is no longer active, she was such a nice lady who gave me a BR in my 3rd day in mylot back then. hehehe such a nice feeling to reminisce. congratulations, for getting 2 BRs that day... but i did read in your comments to others that you actually did get 3. :) pretty neat!!! and i noticed that you passed the 500 post mark. that's another mylot milestone. great!!! :) as for your other question, i believe that the more we actively participate in discussions, the more we get immersed in providing quality posts. responses that shows relevance and quite helpful for the discussion starter is already a plus point for getting a BR. i always appreciate those times i get BRs, makes one motivated to do more quality posts next time. it's like an added bonus, when you are already enjoying the exchange of ideas and opinions, swapping stories in the discussions and they will top it all off with a BR... that's quite great in my book! hehehe but kidding aside, everytime i do respond to a discussion is like sharing a part of me. so i guess, somehow some people liked that part of me... at least during the time that they needed an idea, an opinion or a learning from experience. glad you're back! :)

Kudos...that means you are doing well. I have never gotten more than one in a day and actually they are few and far between. It does feel good to get one and especially if the discussion has had a lot of responses. You must be giving some good advice.

I really have no idea. I respond to more discussions than I start but I dont check the BR every day.

I think I have only got one so far within a day, it is my best record I guess it is because I don't make as good responses as the other mylotters make so I don't receive as much best responses? I don't know, I try my best to post my discussions. I wish I could get more best responses, it is one of the motivations for me to keep posting as well :-)

Hello Mark. BRs are always a pleasant surprise for me. The most I have gotten in a day is three, and that was just one time. I don't really particularly try to earn them, but I do try to respond in a natural and complete way to a discussion. That come fairly easy, as I find the people on here and their discussions very interesting. Congratulations on your two BRs in one day! Karen

What I don't know one in awhile I get a BR. But by the reading I can see you get them quite often. That is great. Do you know if you get BR you get more pay or it really doesn't matter it is just a merit thing. If so that is good too because it's like a resume for you. Better you look probably more people want to be your friend and contribute to your discussions. How often do you get friend request markmoney! You my number one guy to respond to. God bless

Hi, mark. Unlike you, i generally respond rather than starting new discussions. When i was posting frequently, i was getting BR marks at an average of about 2 per day for the nearly 5 consecutive days, which included my highest of 4 BR in a day (3 consecutive in day and one late at night). But, now my classes have started and i am not posting frequently. that keeps it below 1 BR per day. I love helping others and sharing knowledge. Most of those discussions involved the areas that i love like computers, life etc. I gave all that i knew on the topic. I think that`s what got me the BR mark. Happy Mylotting!!

Actually, I don't know why and when I get that BR.. Really! I feel lazy to open my email so I go to mylot directly.. Last night I open my inbox and see there are so many email from mylot.. Some of them say I get BR.. So, I realize this yesterday and come to my profile page and yes! There are about 4 BR there.. I read my response in discussion where I get BR and I forget I've already type that response Really,, I type some of them in a hurry but I try to give my best..hahaha.. There are one of them that short, only 4 or 5 lines.. So I don't know why my response get BR..but I'm happy and I think it's nice, just type responses and who knows there is one of them can be my BR.. Maybe they think it can help them or she/he feel there's similarity between I and her or I give different suggestion to him.. I didn't count how many BR that I get each day.. In one day I can get 2 BR or didn't get at all..

First of all, I very rarely get BR. I also got 2 or 3 one day. But that too long ago.

I normally respond to discussions and so far I have only got one BR in a day. I have been a member for a few months and I think that I have two or three best responses. I try to post more than 5 comments in a day and there are day that I do post more than 5. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or if it has to do with the quality of my comments.
