he doesnt like vegetables doesnt mean u r going to stop giving him that, right? disguise the vegetables in a the dishes u prepare. make chicken cutlets with veg stuffings too. u can make fruit salad using cream or custard without eggs.
u can make noodles also for him...kids love noodles. add finely chopped cabbage, carrot along with chicken shredds. it will look vibrant too.
pasta in diffrent sauces...he likes mushroom? if he doesnt, make white sauce with (ready to make cream of mushroom soup) it tastes yum.
try mixed grain pasta, nutrient too
happy feeding

oh my god, tht puts u in a difficult situation. now i dnt know wht to say or suggest. i have seen kids refusing veg, bt when their moms disguise it in any of their favourite food, thy dnt refuse it any more. u must talk to him u know...or may be give him some time, he might change. or perhaps take him to a dr or councelling, dnt consider me rude. he is young, n if right nutrients artent taken it might affect his overall growth or immune system.

There is pasta with no eggs. Check the label. Rice and potatoes are ok too. Kids love mashed potatoes made from scratch. Have you tried a shepheards pie? You can do the same with rice on top (very little so it´s not too dry. Lasagna is another idea. You can sneak some veggies in lasagna and even in the pies I mentioned.
You can also make a mock chinese rice with no eggs. Just put bits of all kinds of veggies (sneaky again) mix it with rice the way you make it and add some soy sauce.
I hope this helps! Happy posting!

I just tested a good ring shaped chocolate cake :)
here is what you need:
-200 gr. flour;
-250 gr. milk;
-50 gr. sugar;
-80-10 gr. (as you prefer :)) dark or milk powdered chocolate;
-a spoon of cinnamon;
-orange aroma (or 1 fresh orange juice/middle glass orange juice);
-1 baking powder portion.
That's all! start mixing flour, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon. Add milk, orange juyce or aroma and baking powder lastly. Mix until you have an homogeneus dough and put it into a ring shaped mould and bake for 40 minutes at 180°.
it's very good :) axpecially in winter time or christmas :)
