WHen did your child learn to tie thier shoes?

I wanted to share with all my new mylot friends that my 6 tear old now can tie her shoes! WOw what a relief. I am so excited for her. Its liek the commercial.

That is really awesome! I actually remember learning to tie my own shoes. I kept tying my fingers into the laces, and even now at 26y/o I still sometimes tie my fingers into my laces of my work shoes.

She does that too. She tries so hard to hold them so they wont get loose. I can see the determination in her face and the disappointment the first 100 times she didnt succeed. But I a made her do it 100 times more today and they were all perfect. Now if I could just get the 13 month old to walk now! Next chore I guess! LOL
