My wife does most of the cooking at our house, and she loves to learn international cuisines. She makes an excellent butter chicken masala, and a pretty good Vindula (I don't if I spelled that right). I myself love samosas. She has not learned how to make those yet I would love for either her or myself to learn how to make samosas.
