What attracts a woman to a man?

I have been in contact with many girls.The first thing i know that girls notice is the truthfullness of a guy.If you are telling the truth to the girl she will definitely become impressed.The second thing is that you should become a good listener.As all know that girls are fond of talking, if you are a good listener then she will definitely like you.

It has been 10 years since I have been trying to decipher the code but have been unsuccesful. The best way is to ask a woman. Hope the women on mylot answer this! I personally feel it is just out of love.

It's about the same as what attracts man to a woman. I can only speak from my point of view no one else. What attracts me to a man is based on a lot of things. The most important is the ability to read his heart. A man who shows his feelings, shows you his heart. Please don't think I'm a gold digger but a man who can hold his own (job) is a good plus in my book. Most women look at the physical outside, but is not a big deal for a me. The man needs to know how to provide.

As somebody said "woman is wonderful creature,nobody can measure her depth..So don't drown in it".Only The Creator knows the secrete.

Generally, I think women seek security so they are attracted to powerful and rich men. Think Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas. Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. But i just read that somewhere. LOL Personally, as a woman, I used to be attracted to good looks (this was when I was younger). But I learned (the hard way) that good-looking guys can be a lot of trouble. When I grew older (I'm 26 now)... I'm more attracted to a man's confidence, how he carries himself... i find it sexy. I am also attracted to a man's wit, intelligence and good humor. He must be someone who can make me laugh, make me think and can carry a good conversation. It doesn't have to be really intellectual conversations like politics and business (Boring!), it's just that at least he should be able to talk to me about anything under the sun. I am not really looking for a handsome rich man, and I say this with all honesty. I am more attracted to a man's personality - how passionate he can be, his outlook towards life. :) Happy mylotting!

I think most of women see personality as number one priority. Though it may have switch lil bit these days to security a.k.a money. It is nothing new really. Ever since ancient world, women are attached to the guy with higher power (also in physical term). They just wanted to make sure that they are under safe hand.
