How can one have a good relationship?

Man was created not to be isolated, everyone has goal of making relationship work. Each has the free will, and always wanted to live in the comfort zone. The best way to know each other is to understand each other. Most of time, we try to use lenses in magnifying good and bad in our relationship. Depending on which type of lens to use could have much impact on the relationship. If you use your lens to magnify mistakes in your relationship, the foundation set is getting fragile. On the other hand if you use lens to mangnify good side of the relationship, you trying to grow the relationship. Remember we are not born to live in isolation, we are designed to communicate, make friends and socialize. Most of a time, we imagine way of escape or exit, and that make our relationship weak. If we can assume to picture realationship as an enclosed environment, with no exit, then what will happen? we will try to adjust to habit in the enclosed environment. Every one can make his or her relationship work. please tell me some of the tricks to make relationship work.
