How to get referrals for my sites?

I am now 5 months old working with ptc sites. I have got a lot of payments and been scammed by many too. I am now sick of those $2, $3, $5 payout ptc sites where you keep clicking for months to get paid. I have decided to quit all those sites after one payment. I cannot think of starting all over again neither will I invest one cent in these sites. I am here to earn,not to invest. I am working only on the low payout sites and the trusted ones where I am getting paid every few days. I have only signed up for those sites which have a decent rate per click and not more than a $1 payout. I am very happy with these sites.But the problem is I just do not know how to get referrals for myself. I have so many good sites and a blog too where I put up some of those sites,not all though. Some of these sites not only pay to click but pay to read,sign up and promote too. I surf Traffic exchanges also but I am not getting referrals for myself. Can anyone offer a solution?Thanks in advance.
