Haha =D Isn't it good to gain a little weight for guys?? hehe ^_^ Just kidding though..
Well, it's not that difficult after all, and what u have to do is to go back to your original diet, if u are in the early stages ^_^ If not, u have to exercise for sure!! lol =D Forget about weights or gym, when u can see better results with cardio exercises, such as jogging and swimming ^_^
Swimming will be better because it wont place any impact on your joints, as compared to other sports or exercises.. hehe

As a therapist, I help my clients to lose weight not by dieting or counting calories as that can cause hunger and other problems for people. I help them to discover that types of food are best for the metabolisms and then to adapt that that way of eating - that is more or less permanent. After a while, various cravings for the "wrong foods" ceases and they don't feel deprived of the "wrong foods". They are then eating moderately and there is no effort in it. I do not advise to watch the scales or think about how long it will take. The body loses weight if the eating habits are correct and there is regular physical activity - which again, I believe has to be moderate.
I eat the same way myself. I know what I can and cannot eat because I can easily put on weight otherwise. I have gotten used to eating what I know will maintain good health and well-being. - Derek

still working on the weight loss thing, will be for a while. but i've been more motivated this yr. and started walking about an hour a day. along with using the ab king pro, lost 10 cm of my waist. i've also managed to lose centimeters on my thighs and hips. it may not be about the weight, but getting more toned muscle, that makes me feel better.
but the good bit was i put a pair of jeans on i've had for a number of yrs, last time i did that they only got 3/4 way up my leg. this time i was able to get them on but couldn't get them done up. so i'm working a bit harder on my hip area now.

My weight fluctuates very frequently. It depends on my stress level. If I am depressed I tend to eat more and gain more weight. I can lose the weight pretty quickly by first, getting control of whatever is causing my depression and cutting back on my eating. One final and very important point that will leads to my successful weight loss, is to exercise. If I don't exercise, I will lose weight slowly, if I include exercise I will see weight loss more quickly. So, eat healthy and exercise to be successful at weight loss.
