How to fight stres

We struggle stress everyday, you may not aware coz your busy with what your doing... Stress is in any form... if you feel irritated, if you have short tempered, thats already a symptoms that your stress...
If your at work.. Best way is to sit back.. take a deep breath... try to think of something that makes you feel better.. what else...

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle stress.

What I do to alleviate stress is that. I let myself be quite for awhile and imagine myself away from that circumstances that stressed me out, breath in, breath out and think of the happy things that happened to me and whalla... I feel better then. Also, I sing my hearts out. I did compose song that`s entitled `Take all my worries away` and made are record of it (I did saved it in my imeem account) and every time I feel depress, I just listen to it and it did erase a little of my stress or I just play on my guitar sometimes and just have fun imitating my favorite singers on how they sing their songs. This totally keeps my stress away.

Yes i agree with your practices on managing stress. To add to those ones, it is good to also eat food and drink all natural health boosting for our body to fight all the stresses we experience daily. Exercise does also a lot to our mental and physical health.
