How do you think michael died?

I think he was under alot of pressure,and after that child molestation case he started taking more drugs.But i really believe doc.murray killed him,cause if you look at..After reharsal which lasted til bout 11 or 12 at night,ok so what was gaven to him for him not to wake up?
