Do you allow your parent to do a difficult work and get low salary?

i have the same situation with you, my parents likes older than the real age since they have payed out so much to support family.they almost speed more than eight hours to working hard.but the salary isn't very much.at present,i'm starting working, however, my salary isn't very high to support the speeding of our family,but i also want them to charged another way of working in order to rest.but now, they also afraid more.hope one day, they will changed their mind,have a real rest.good luck and have a nice day!

Some people can't stop working.So,you can't easily persuade them to do so.Just try this.Send them to a pilgrimage tour for a month in your expense.Are you affordable right now?Then they can taste the rest and peace and they may accept your offer to retire from their jobs,after they return from the tour.Cheers!

Hello freerr. I am so touched by your great parents, who care so much about you, their only loved child. You know, such are our Chinese parents taking good care of the family all their life long. You remind me my own parents who work so much for the family, but now my parents are really very old in their seventies and eighties. Now I have them enjoy their retired life. In fact, my father used to work for a few more years after he retired. My father is a skilled worker and got higher salary, but as his eyesight is not good, he has to give it up working again. Ever since then, he starts to enjoy his retired life together with my mom, who takes good care of his life in their own apartment. I think that some retired people love to work still as they are not used to their retired life at the very beginning. So it is a process for them to gradually get accustomed to their retired life. I wish your parents to enjoy their life the way they wish. Be blessed, friend.

I think some people feel they are useless if they are not working, which is sad I think. People who have worked so hard like your parents should let themselves relax and take some time to enjoy what life has to offer. It's not really human nature to work for so many hours every day doing the same tasks again and again -- we do it because we must. As one writer said, "Man is the only working animal"...all other creatures enjoy more leisure than people do! All you can do is keep offering to provide your parents with financial support. Maybe they would like to accept your offer, but worry that it will hold you back. If you can make it clear that them not working would make you happy and not hurt you at all, maybe they will see it your way. Ultimately, though, it's their decision to live their lives as they want even if it's hard to accept.

I would definitely take care of my parents, my other should not work so hard. It is my responsibility to take care of her.
