Will you be upset when you misplace something?

I will go crazy when I misplace something. When I reached hostel last night, I couldn't find the TV remote. I got crazy and was searching for it around one hour, but couldn't find. I told this to my room mate and she found it in one minute. I was there under the pillows.
How do you feel when you misplace something?

hello daliaj , I just will get upset and probably cannt rest unless I have found out the missing thing..this is specially because I m a very systematic person and do all things in a perticular order and method..being a perfectionist ,I cannt even tolerate that things like these can happen by me.. not good I know..but its my nature, friend, cannot just change now..too late..have nice day..bye

I can understand that it is very difficult for a perfectionalist to take it when you misplace something. If can take it if soemthing got destroyed, but I will be really upset to see soemthing is missing and will keep on searching for it. Sometimes I won't see it even if it is sitting infront of my eyes. yes it is very irritating.. i also hate to see people who are not systematic in their work.. what work that can be done in 5 mins will take 5 hours because of having to search for eveything

I have seen many people like this in real life. Usually women are good managing time and putting this properly and in a good order. My dad always misplace things and he will never be able to find it out even if it is infront of his face. My mom will be busy working in kitchen, but will come to help my dad and will find it in one minute. Thanks for the response.

I never become upset when i misplace something. I get upset when others misplace my things. They use my things and do not put it in proper place. I have the habit of keeping things from where i have taken them so expect the same from others too.
But i have seen that most of the time my family members do not folow this system be it remote or bedsheet. At times they take me to that verge that i yell at them.

I also hate it when somebody misplace my things. I am ok with sharing my things, but I can't take it when somebody handles my things without care or destroys them. I stay in a hostel. Last week, the girl in the next room borrowed my lipstick. When she gave it back to me I found that it is only half the size.
I don't know whether she has used that much lipstick or it was broken. She gave it back to me as if nothing happened. I hate this. Since I am in hostel nobody will misplace my things, but the incidents like I described above happens once in a while. Thanks for the response.
