anyone have time explaining to me how mylot pays you and what is the minimum pay

$10 through Paypal. Paid Once a Month usually around the 15th. On average you earn around 1/4 of a cent upto 2-3 cents per post/discussion you started. A lot of things can affect how much you earn and no one can tell you the full system/math to figure it out cause it is not public. But some things are, quality of post, how long your post is, how many "+" ratings it gets, Best Responses, replys to your discussion, Your Star Ranking (which you get after hitting 100 posts) and many other things.
