Religious violence in Nigeria

Last week, a group of muslim insurgents attacked and burned down police stations in two Northern states of Yobe and Bauchi. They claimed that western education is a threat to islam and opposes it. It took the action of joint police and army taskforce to save the situation. At the end over 200 people were killed and about 190 of them were the insurgents. The leader has also been captured and killed by the taskforce.

I was in schooling then without any information when the incidenet started, untill about a week that I got the information. In this world, one will see funny things happening. How in the world would someone wake and start such action. Western education has done a lot of good than bad, therefore, I don't think it's bad. Thanks and have a great day. I've not been around for some time, dat's why I've not been responding and moreso, I could not get the privilege of withrawing my money in mylot and I was discouraged from myloting. Thanks
