Are people who eat just one meal in one day, in the evening, after work...Others eat all 3 meals in one day, and are people, who really know to eat, who eat all 5 meals in one day.
5 meals is corect number of meals who a person must to eat, not just the kids. Mature too, they must eat 5 times in one day, 3 principals and 2 snacks, i mean just a sandwich or a fruit, or an yougurt.
How many meals do you think that a person must to eat in one day? wahy?

normally i have 3 meals a day. but sometimes only 2, that means i skip my breakfast! probably due to i am late again for work. There are times that i have 4 means, means i had my breakfast, lunch, dinner and also supper. i seldom have high tea, because my company do not have such culture.

I have many many small meals a day.. or should I say, I eat when I have the time to stuff things in my mouth? If I have the time, I will then have some biscuits, snacks or anything that can fill my tummy for a while.. but I surely have 1 'big' meal with some rice and dishes. Seriously, being a new mother staying home taking care of my little baby, I have a huge change in my previous living style, and now still trying to cope with it..

3 meals a day..is healthy but i ve eaten sometimes 5 to 6 meals a day when I'm really hungry. The meal must contain lots of chicken to keep it healthy

I generally eat about five times per day, three meals and a couple of snacks. I don't eat at night after dinner time though, as I think it's bad for your digestion and interrupts ones sleep sometimes. It can also cause weight gain.

Generally I have only 3 meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are days when I have a snack with my tea after my lunch in the evening. I have never had 4 or 5 meals a day. I feel 3 meal a day is enough for a normal person. It also depends on the amount you eat and the work you do plus your age too.

Mostly i only have three main meals . i don't calculate the snacks or fruits for a meal . When i was pregnant i ate four big meals a day. Besides the three main meals i would eat one more meal just before i went to bed. i know most of young people who normally have lunch and dinner and they just skip breakfast because it's too hard for them to get out of the bed.
