Please help i want to develop the a website?

I know photoshop very well.flash and dreamweaver 50%.i dont anything about linking the buttons and other thing.now i start learning dotnet.i like to develop in dotnet also.please friends give me some ideas what i have to do?.

you can use microsoft office publisher tools which are meant for a person who knows a bit of designing. Easy to use gui will help you design a fabulous website for you.
