Please cancel "Jon and Kate plus 8"!

I can't believe TLC is continueing this show now that Kate and Jon divorced! The show used to revolve around the 8 children! Now the producers of the show are going to follow Jon and Kate on dates! We don't need to see that! Instead of the kids lives people have to see Jon and Kate getting back into the dating game! Yikes! Jon is allready doing that and we don't need to see more! We really don't need to see Kate getting back in the dating game,either! Come on TLC! This show should been taken off the air after the divorce! Please cancel it before it gets worse!

I cannot believe TLC would keep the show going. I don't think what has happened to the couple should be televised, I mean now in the future there will be reruns that will show this and I am positive the kids do not need to have that kind of thing hanging over their heads. I mean we don't need to see that things.

You are so right Soulist. I cannot believe that TLC would continue with this show after the couple split. We don't need to see them dating and trying to get on with their lives. Divorce is hard enough, but having it displayed on television makes it even harder not just for the couple, but what about the children. I am sure they are having a difficult enough of a time with it that having it all on tv years down the line doesn't help.

Man, if any show deserves to be cancelled, it would be this one. I'm thinkin' Jon should be on the 'Cheaters' show though lol. I'm not really up on the scoop about the divorce and all, but I wonder if his new-found 'celebrity' was a contributing factor. (You know...look at me, I'm on tv) Bad enough that there's a divorce involving 8 children, but I think they should leave them alone and not profit off of other people's troubles for the sake of tv ratings.

I have never watched the show, I do know about it and yes I agree with you it doesn't make a bit of sense to keep this show on now. They are divorced or getting divorced I don't know but to watch them go on dates who wants to see that? This is crazy and TLC needs to take it off the air. People need to stop watching the show and then TLC will have to stop the stupidty. I never thought the show should have been on when they were married not its even worse to keep this show on.

I have seen that news in the Yahoo. i don't think i would watch something like that in the show because for me it's not a good thing watching a broken family live on television. 
i agree with you that they should just cancel it. but i wonder, what job would they have if they don't have that show?

I totally agree. This show is about the family and the hardship of having 8 children to feed and take care of! People watch it because they're fascinated by parents who take care of 8 children! They do not watch it for the gossip of Jon and Kate's lives!
Not to mention the children?! From what I hear they will be taped at Kate's and Jon's? Dragging a divorce around on national television and having your whole life on television for all to see is crazy enough. I could not imagine my divorce and private life for all to see. This show needs to go!

i didn't know jon and kate divorced,i don't watch it very often,watched it last night and they were potty training the boys,,i always found kate to be really harsh to jon,no wonder they divorced
