What is the best method to break with your girlfriend or boyfriend ?

Hello everyone, in one day, there are a lots of couple together and break up. However, do you have any best method that wont hurt your couple when u break up with him or her??? Thanks for your answering.Happy My Lot.=)

Hello,
First of all, I never hurt about breaking up with bf and gf is not being hurt... unless you have no feeling.
I am sorry that I can't give what the best method to do that cuz love is not a food that you can eat and then throw away. If you think you are playing with this lady or this guy then dont be in the relationship. I am sure one of you will be hurt in some how. good luck to you
