when do LOVE relations require patience????

hellow frens.....i m in a big confusion that is LOVE relations ever requires patience?????if i want to say some1 that "i love her".....i must speak her infront of her face as soon as possible OR i have to be patience for right moment to tell her that i love her????

not so much patience that it is never ending and turns into tolerance, no one wants to be tolerated, that's not love! patience in love is equal to compromise, if either partner is willing to compromise, then the patience is usually understood and accepted! no one wants their love to be taken for granted, no one wants their patience tested, no one wants their voice in the relationship to be diminished or incapacitated! that is a dictatorship, not love!?
