India has recently tested successfully nuclear-powered submarie. Do you think this is a good sign or a bad sign as far as the world peace is concerned? Personally what I feel is that increasing the defence mechanisms of a country is good for peace but when too much importance is given to this it itself becomes a hinderance to peace. As it may pose threat to some other countries they will try to do similar tests. After some time this may change into a mad weapon race instead of a safety mechanism. Whay do you people feel about this thing? Please share your views about this.

Yes you are correct. If every country starts talking for all the important matters and they actually start beleiving in each other then this world will be a lot better place. But the problem is that it never happens this way :(

Yes this is true. Under such circumstances it is better to power up our defenses. But too much money is being spent on these things in India. Only if this money would have been spent on poor people India would have been much better place to live in.
