Can I receive wire payments in my Paypal a/c? Or epassporte payments to Paypal?

You can't wire someone money to a paypal account. People can go to PayPal and send you money using the service. I don't know what epassporte is, but if they arenot connected to paypal, I wouls assume that you can't receive payments from them.
