A caller today ask for help from a radio talk show. Because the cell phone service provider charged him with outrageous amount of service fee on the wireless internet card he used while he was in Mexico doing some internet activity.
The calleer claimed that he brought his laptop along with the wireless card he purchased to Mexico for a weekend visit. At there, he watch a disney movie called "ice age", around 30 to 40 minutes of time.
When the bill comes, the charged amount was shocking, $65,000 for the internet activity. I don't believe that for movie costed that much money.
He called the service provider, they said that charge is legit. He wrote a letter to the corporate level of the AT&T. They got no response. Now, he is stuck. Those cellphone service provider charged internet base on megabytes. So, what should that guy gonna straight this up?

You are so right my dear not to want to pay a lot of money for your telephone. I'm sure I already advised you on one of our other little chats that it is much better not to use the telephone in case you break it so it is always better if you let your nice young man telephone you and then you will not have to worry about things like silly telephone charges, that really is best dear.

I don't know but that is totally Outrageous. I'm tell you the cellphone industry are nothing but a ripoff as far as I'm concerned. I'm hopefully getting rid of my phone by January when my contract is up. He needs to talk to a lawyer I think.
