What do you eat in lunch..?

Hey mylotters,what do you consume in your lunch? In most countries,people use to take their staple food in their lunch. My family eat boiled rice with various curries and sometimes chicken or mutton as my lunch.. What about you...?

During lunch time I eat chapatis, rice with pulses and at times some vegetable and curd. This is the only meal which I take heavy other meals are very light for me.

I always grab some snack for my lunch. Sometimes I eat out with my co- workers. I really enjoy these times.
