Hurricane Felicia the 3rd Huricane to form this year?

It seems Felicia is heading to Hawaii. Could this the next hurricane to hit Hawaii since 2003 and 1992? I live in Hawaii and if the hurricane comes, I might have to board up my apartment or find a public shelter. What do you guys think? Will this be another Katrina or another fluke?
