I can! hehehe.. Honestly, I don't like softdrinks. It makes me burp several times and I will have diarrhea after I finished drinking 2 glass of any softdrinks..I'm sure you've already knew about the risk of drinking too much softdrinks.. It can make you face osteoporosis early and other dangerous effect.. so no, I won't drink softdrinks. I prefer tea, juice or mineral water

Um, I'm not really fond of sweets, either it's chocolate or milk shake.. I like salty food and my beverages not really various.. mineral water, tea or juice,,
If there's someone who give me, I will happy and eat it, but if there's no sweets it's okay too.. Mabe you wanna give me some sweets? hehehe

Hi acie, it's not a problem for me totally not to take any dizzy drinks for a year or even more that that. Soft drinks are not my favorite beverages anyway. For me they are rather sweet. We will put on weight if taking too much fizzy drinks often.
My favorite beverages are coffee and tea I take them almost everyday. I would take soft drink only if there is no other choice when I feel really thirsty. I like the iced one but not the one with ice cubes added.
Happy posting

Not a problem. I never drink fizzy cola type drinks. Water, orange juce, coffee or tea is all that I drink.

Certainly, I rarely drink fizzy drinks, maybe only a few times each year. I don't really like the taste of them much, not such a fan of the "fizz". Then again, I do enjoy them with ice cream in desserts, but that's probably more because of the ice cream than the fizzy drink . Creaming soda is quite nice, though .

Coke and Pepsi taste alright... but I definitely prefer other drinks, such as milkshakes .

Yes, I can keep myself from drinking softdrinks. Actually I'm trying to avoid drinking too much of it right now because its not good for the health. I remember when I was young, I consume softdrinks everyday in school. I drink it more than drinking water. I had developed hyperacidity because of that. I've learned my lessons that's why I prefer drinking juice or perhaps water than softdrinks. ^^

Yes, prevention is better than cure.
I'm sure you can do that also.
goodluck!

It depends. Does my own home-brewed ginger ale count as a soft drink? I brew it with fresh ginger and a lot less sugar than regular sodas- I actually use it to relieve my knee pain and stomachaches. Other than that, I could go a very long time without soft drinks, since I rarely consume them anyway. I actually had a Sprite the other day at a wedding, and I was surprised that I had actually forgotten what it tasted like because it had been so long since I'd had any.

My friends and I decided not to have soft drinks for one year, but I couldn't follow the decision. I was tempted when I went to super market to buy gorcery items and ended up buying a bottle of Mirinda. I am not fond of Cocco cola or Pepsi. The only two soft drinks I like are Mirinda and Fanta - the drinks in orange color.

I dare! Because I dont take soft drinks. Never a fan of soft drinks so not a problem for me. But if you dare me not to take juices, then I wont accept the dare for I am a sucker for all juices! I love juices, especially freshly juiced. But if I cant get the fresh ones, packed ones will do. :)
