Hi renjinivinu, my favourite way with prawns, and amazingly quick too, is to heat plenty of olive oil then throw in some sliced garlic and chilli when the oil is really hot. Then throw in the prawns for a minute and tip the whole lot into a bowl, oil included. The oil is needed to dip the crusty bread into. It's a hot dish spice wise but so simple.

Prawns, shrimp, are good in a cheese sauce, cream, butter and your favorite cheese, low heat in a sauce pan, chop the prawns in bite size pieces and blend in to the sauce, add herbs, like basil, parsley, just a little. make some egg noodles, pour the suace over the noodles on each plate. Top with Parmesan cheese to taste! Serve with garlic bread and salad! You got it!!!! yummy!

Hello tdemex, you're the second friend friend (male) this week that I've picked up and found to be good in the kitchen. I seriously would never have contemplated cheese anywhere near my prawns until I was introduced to the Greek dish prawn saganaki, prawns, cheese and chopped tomatoes all cooked up togther. The only problem is some places forget to peel the prawns first

Hi! Seafood is my favorite, especially shrimp/prawns. I usually try a few recipe from online sites and believe me those are as amazing as it can get.
