how to maintain the charm?

charming is easy when we are young, but there is a little difficulty if have people say you are attractive after 35-year-old, if have people say you are still pretty after 50-year-old, it will be compliment against one's will or you have already konwn the secret of maintenance. Only the real top intelligent person could have this skill, I am in 20s', could you teach me how to maintain the charm?
