Which attracts men more, physical beauty or personality?

A woman with little or no physical beauty but armed with a great personality. And another with poor sense of self, but with great physical assets to fall for. Which do you think captures a man's heart more easily?

according to research, men are more attracted to physical beauty, thats what turns them on. unfortunately..

A great personality is something anyman would desire in a woman whom he would want to marry. The other one are just short term assignments ;)
