Load = stress

Load = stress. Each person has certain problems of life. It is very impossible to negate the problem. The problem is not resolved will be a burden. If you do not feel as a burden, you may not be responsible. The more you load, so the more you stress. Thus, you reduce the load at any time. You can make a priority to minimize it. Do not come to overload! You can be depression, or psychotic. Be happy every time ...

It is easy to become over loaded in todays world. Sometimes it happens so fast you don't even realize it before it's to late. I think that balence is very important to stay happy.

too many problems for me. I can not determine the priority again. stress, I also have experience, but now I realize. stress does not solve the problem. results of stress are growing issues. I now have more children on the problem of me.

By defining of priority of your work you can reduce the load.Same way it has to maintain in whole life. All successful people do same as per their statement. Still people must go to specialist for counseling for improvement.
